3D Animations

I have made hundreds, if not thousands of animations over the years for all different kinds of projects. Here are just a few that I have access to from my time at Lightning Gaming. I will add more as I am able to.

This is a test animation of different animations for the Garfield Slot Machine that have been strung together into one sequence. These models and animations were all approved by Jim Davis.

This is a video of the Garfield Slot Machine in action. 

This is an animation done for one of the many Popeye games I did over the years. This is the Sea Hag using her magic to change the reels for the players benefit. This was a mix of 3D and lightning effects in After Effects.

Here is Wimpy from a Popeye slot machine. This was a particularly fun piece to animate, since I got to match move Wimpy's mouth to his famous phrase.

Popeye and Brutus battling it out with cannonballs that smash wilds into the reels. 

Popeye going for a deep dive, opening golden clams with multipliers hidden within. 

This was a bonus transition animation with Mowgli and an Asian Elephant from the Jungle Book slot machine. I remember being very limited for time in making this, so I match-moved the animation of Mowgli to one of my artists for reference - see the next video. Mowgli also had a full hair and cloth simulation.

Here is the example of the match-move animation to get a more lifelike action for Mowgli in a short amount of time.
